HKEx Chair Says Yuan-Denominated Shares by Year-End

HKEx Chairman Ronald Joseph Arculli said June 30 that financial institutions may issue yuan-denominated shares in Hong Kong by the end of this year, at the earliest.

Arculli said that the HKEx is prepared and will "open the door" for yuan business.
