GDP Deflator Points to Northeast Recession

Last quarter there will several northeast provinces with falling nominal GDP. The GDP deflator, slower industrial production in Q3, falling investment in the resource sectors, unpayable steel debts and some cities in Heilongjiang province also possibly in trouble points to slower growth in the northeast. I will be surprised if those provinces don't show another month of falling nominal GDP.
